Rum Balls (20)

 

1/3 C. mini chocolate chips   - Microwave melt in pyrex measuring cup 1.4 min.

 

Mix in:

1/4 C. sugar

2 T. agave nectar/honey

1/3 C. rum

 

Add:
2 1/2+ C. crumbs – graham cracker (16 halves)

1/2 C. nuts

 

Seems too wet but soon soaks in.

 

Prepare as far in advance as possible.
