Meat Loaf
Serves 6
350 ° for one hour

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, pork & veal

Saute : 1/2 c. onion chopped
           1/4 c. celery chopped
           1/4 c. carrots
           1 - 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic

Mix in:  2 beaten eggs

           1 slice of bread, broken up or 1 c. breadcrumbs
           1/4 c. ketchup
           2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix with hands and shape into loaf in pan

Bake for 45 mins. at 350° then remove and drain off fat
Squirt ketchup over top and return to oven for 15 mins.
