Turkey Dressing
(enough for one oblong pyrex casserole dish)

 

1/2 roll Pork sausage - Bob Evans Sage, if available

Sauté with:
1 C. onion and
1 C.
celery (inc. tops)

1 egg, beaten - add above

1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing - mix in

Chopped pecans, apples, and apricots - optional

Add to casserole dish. Spoon some broth over, if available. Cover with alum foil.

Bake at oven temp. for turkey for 30 min.

Remove foil to brown if necessary. Add broth as needed.
