Shrimp de Jonghe

6-8 servings
(I usually cut recipe in 1/2 I think and bought about 1 lb. of shrimp)

1 C. butter, melted
2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 C. parsley, chopped
1/2 t. paprika
Dash cayenne
1 /3 C. sherry
2 C. bread crumbs
5-6 C. cooked shrimp

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and sherry. Mix. Add bread crumbs; toss. Place shrimp in 11 X 7 baking dish. (Or indv. baking dishes. Spoon butter mixture over.

Bake at 350° for 25 min. or until crumbs brown.
