Salmon with Lemon Grass

  • 1 lb. Salmon (for 2 people) Double recipe for 4 adults & 1 child

    Marinade (20 mins. - 2 hr.)

    2 T. soy sauce

    1 T. olive oil

    1/2 T. lemon grass, chopped

    1/2 T. ginger, chopped

    1 t. simple syrup

    Sherry

    Pan fry or bake 10 - 20 mins. depending on thickness

    Serve with Mango/lime slices

    Jasmine rice and Edaname beans

    Cole slaw/Pineapple/Apple - cole slaw dressing

    Spring rolls
