Cindy's Pho Shrimp

Shrimp, Jumbo (6/person) Whole Foods 2 lb bag
in Juice of one Lime + Soy sauce

Combine in small bowl:

Bean sprouts - could be canned
Peas & Carrots - frozen
Green onion - chopped

Saute Shrimp in Olive oil in Large skillet

Prepare Thai noodles
according to instructions on box

Combine all in Skillet
Seve with Cilantro and Red Pepper flakes
