(Serves 6)

2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 - 1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten with 2 T. water
Dash of Worchestershire sauce

Nutmeg - Dash
Salt and pepper
1/2 tub of fresh spinach (2.5 oz.)

1 egg, beaten with 1 T. water
Wonton - 10 oz. pkg.

1 c. onion, chopped, in butter
6 - 8 C. water in large pot
1 can Beef Consomme

Saute onion and ground beef
Remove from skillet

Add to bread crumbs, then to beef mixture
Add to mixture
Saute, remove and chop - add to beef mixture

Brush each wonton with beaten egg
Add 1 t. of beef mixture to each wonton
Fold each corner in and press to close pocket
Saute onion
Bring water to a boil; add bouillion and onion
Drop in wontons
Cook 10 mins.
