Mashed Potatoes
Serves 6

2 lbs. Yellow or Yukon Gold potatoes

Cut each in 1/2 or 1/4
Boil until soft - about 20 mins.
           
Cool until safe to peel
While beating or mashing
Add: 1/4 c. cream or 1/2 & 1/2
       2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
        salt & pepper

Keep warm until ready to serve
